Eu pensei em participar de um desafio em uma das comunidades de uns amigos, mas infelizmente nao deu tempo :( mesmo assim decidi postar meu resultado.

Abra a foto,duplique ela e va em Ajustar / Trocar canal RGB
marca a primeira opção e dá Ok.
Muda o modo de mistura para máximo. Junta as camadas.
Aí vc vai em Ajustar>Cor/Saturação , deixa assim : Matriz 20º/Saturação 80%.
Aí vc vai em Ajustar>Corrigir Gama e deixa assim : Nível 0,70/Canal Vermelho.
Aplique topaz* e pronto.
